My wife Helen and I visited the site of Grand Harbour, Grenada in April this year and were delighted with what we saw. The site itself lies about 7 miles as the crow flies south from St George’s, the capital, in a very well protected inlet on Egmont Point. The development is being built on a steep slope which affords every home a glorious view over the lagoon. In front of the development there will be a walkway with private mooring facilities (not a marina), there will also be a international restaurant and bar, a pool and health spa.

It is planned to allocate a beach area to the development just around the headland. This very private and secluded beach will have a lot of the undergrowth you see in the pictures removed and new sand will replace it. There are so many inlets with fabulous beaches all around the development that owners will be totally spoilt for choice!
There are quite a few off plan developments happening on Grenada at this time but this one seems priced well below the competition, especially the Peter De Savary offering relatively close to this one.
The apartment sizes are very generous. A two bed duplex apartment with a study area is 1,550 sq ft with a further 250 sq ft of balconies.
